Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
