Site Incharge

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor construction progress as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, engineers, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory regulations at the site.
• Manage materials, resources, and equipment to avoid delays or wastage.
• Verify measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain proper site documentation.
• Resolve site issues, technical problems, and provide solutions to achieve project goals.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for approvals and clarifications.
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate work accordingly.
• Ensure proper handover of completed works and compliance with company standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of site safety, quality control, and project management.
• Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
