Site In-charge

We are a Builders and Developers and a real estate company dealing in commercial and residential projects. We are looking for a Civil Engineer to look after daily site work plus store incharge, to maintain daily in and out of material on site

Skills required in the candidate:

Key Responsibilities

Site Management

* Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth progress as per schedule.

* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams for timely work execution.

* Maintain quality control of construction materials and workmanship.

* Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates to management.

* Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.

* Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site issues effectively.

Store & Material Management

* Handle the receipt, storage, and issue of all construction materials, tools, and equipment.

* Maintain accurate stock registers and daily material usage records.

* Ensure material quality and quantity verification at the time of delivery.

* Regularly reconcile physical stock with records and report discrepancies.

* Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials as per project needs.

Qualifications & Skills

* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical background.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or store management (housing projects preferred).

* Good knowledge of construction materials, measurement, and documentation.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and basic computer operations.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to handle site teams independently and take ownership of results.

One of our requirements-The candidate should have a two wheeler.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
