Position: Site In charge / Circle In charge
Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of DT Meter installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance across assigned sites or circles.
• Supervise field teams, including Technicians, Assistant Technicians, and Helpers, to ensure productivity and quality.
• Ensure execution of project tasks within defined timelines, safety standards, and technical guidelines.
• Conduct routine site visits to monitor work progress, provide technical support, and resolve on-ground challenges.
• Coordinate with DISCOM officials, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams for smooth workflow.
• Verify installation quality, ensure compliance with SOPs, and conduct troubleshooting whenever required.
• Maintain documentation, MIS reports, daily progress reports (DPR), and site-related paperwork.
• Ensure material availability and proper utilization at the site level.
• Handle grievances, escalate technical issues, and maintain proper communication with the zonal/HO team.
• Train newly joined field staff and ensure they follow safety and work protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic or relevant field.
• Strong technical experience in DT Meters, LT/HT systems, energy metering, installation & troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in managing field operations for DT Meter projects.
• Good leadership and team-handling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, report preparation, and documentation.
• Ability to handle high-pressure project environments and manage multiple sites.
