As a Site Incharge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction site management to ensure the successful completion of large-scale auditorium or commercial building projects. Your responsibilities will include: - **Site Supervision & Execution:** - Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. - Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow. - Maintain high-quality construction standards and adhere to safety regulations. - **Project Coordination & Planning:** - Prepare and manage work schedules, labor deployment, and material requirements. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers for design clarifications. - Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to project managers. - **Quality & Safety Compliance:** - Ensure adherence to construction quality standards and safety protocols. - Conduct site inspections and implement corrective measures as needed. - Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with labor laws. - **Material & Resource Management:** - Monitor material usage, stock levels, and timely procurement. - Verify and approve material deliveries based on project requirements. - Optimize resource utilization and minimize wastage. - **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work permits. - Ensure proper documentation of work inspections, approvals, and changes. - Report any technical or logistical issues affecting project progress. **Qualification Required:** - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works in large-scale projects. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage. - Strong understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. You are expected to have a total of 5 years of work experience in construction site management. The work locations include Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Gujarat.,
