Job Designation: Site In-Charge (Mumbai)

Job Description:

Project Management & Coordination: Planning, organizing, and coordinating projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations.

Supervision: Direct and oversee all on-site installation and assembly activities, including coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades involved in the project.

Quality Control: Ensure that all furniture installation and assembly meet quality standards and specifications set by the company and clients.

Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.

Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process, such as design discrepancies, material shortages, or site constraints.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have and providing regular updates on project progress.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, installation logs, and any change orders or variations to the original scope of work.

Job Specification:

Education: Bachelor Civil or above in interior Design or equivalent is highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in project management, furniture installation, furniture design, interior turnkey projects, site coordination within the furniture, interior industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of furniture assembly techniques, materials, and hardware.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Willingness to travel to different job sites/states/UT as and when required.

Job Location: Mumbai (Local candidates required)

Salary: Best in the industry (Negotiable)
