Site In-charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Allocate work to supervisors, foremen, and labor as per priority.
• Monitor manpower, material, and machinery utilization effectively.

2. Planning & Coordination

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly work progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Support the Project Manager in scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure that construction quality meets company and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and rectify any non-conformance.
• Maintain proper documentation of test reports and quality checks.

4. Material & Resource Management

• Raise material requisitions as per project requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Verify material delivery, quality, and proper storage at site.
• Maintain inventory and report consumption periodically.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE usage at site.
• Report accidents or near-miss incidents and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and environmental regulations.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily site logbook, attendance records, and work completion reports.
• Communicate site progress, delays, and issues to management on a regular basis.
• Assist in client billing and measurement verification when required.

· Strong leadership and site management skills

· Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and methods

· Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability

· Good communication and reporting skills

Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

· 5-6 years of experience in site supervision and management (depending on project scale)

Experience in residential / commercial / industrial construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
