Site In-charge

• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise and guide site workers, subcontractors, and junior staff.
• Client Coordination
• Maintain discipline, safety, and quality at the site.
• Planning & Coordination
• Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks to workers.
• Coordinate with project manager, engineers, vendors, and contractors for smooth workflow.
• Ensure material availability and proper utilization of resources.
• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure construction quality standards are met as per company and client requirements.
• Implement safety measures, conduct toolbox talks, and prevent accidents at the site.
• Report and resolve defects, rework issues, or non-conformance.
• Material & Resource Management
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Raise requests for material and equipment as per project needs.
• Maintain stock records, verify deliveries, and handle site inventory.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material consumption reports.
• Report project status, delays, and issues to higher management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, drawings, and safety standards.
• Ability to handle pressure and solve site-related problems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting software).

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in construction site supervision/management.
• Experience in Industrial residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects (as per company need).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
