Site Incharge – Operations & Maintenance (STP, ETP & WTP)

We are looking for experienced candidates to oversee the Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).

Responsibilities

1. Ensuring the operation of treatment plants.

2. Standardization of operational process and implementation of standards

on the ground

3.MS Office, mail communication follow-ups

4. MIS Report preparation

5.Preventive maintenance

6. Troubleshooting operational issues

7. Ensuring the proper maintenance activities as per the schedule

8. Representing the company to clients – addressing client concerns

and driving activities as per client expectations.

9. Daily report update in digital log book.

10. Informed decision-making in operations.

11. Daily communication with the client team for the smooth operation of the plant.

12. Assessment of spares and consumables requirement and submitting the same to the client at regular intervals.

13. Admin-related works such as attendance preparation, invoice submission,

daily report sending to clients, etc.

Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent.

5+ years of experience in the water treatment field

Strong communication, management, and supervisory skills

Site Incharge: ₹25,000.00 -₹27 ,000.00 per month ( Experience 5+ years in same field).
