Varex Imaging, a leading innovator, developer, and manufacturer of X-ray imaging component solutions, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations & service delivery, ensuring compliance with labor laws and global Varex Imaging standards. As an HR Manager, your responsibilities will include: - **HR Operations & Site Leadership:** - Managing HR administration, including Workday HRIS data and employee files. - Acting as the trusted HR advisor on labor law, policy enforcement, and disciplinary matters. - Leading all HR activities for facility setup, including policy development and statutory compliance. - Driving recruitment, onboarding, and induction for employees. - Ensuring local compliance with labor, safety, and employment regulations. - Supporting employee health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives. - Planning and coordinating internal communication and employee engagement events. - **HR Service Delivery & Case Management:** - Overseeing daily HR service delivery to employees and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to SLAs. - Managing and resolving HR cases in a timely and compliant manner. - Maintaining accurate documentation of HR case records and ensuring data confidentiality. - Leading continuous process improvement initiatives across HR service delivery functions. - Collaborating with global COEs, HRBPs, and business leaders to align local practices with enterprise-wide programs. - **Compliance, Policy & Immigration:** - Monitoring, interpreting, and implementing changes in labor laws and internal policies. - Leading the development and periodic review of HR policies and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with employment, data protection, and regulatory requirements. - Overseeing visa sponsorship and immigration compliance processes. - **Talent & Performance Management:** - Supporting global HR initiatives such as succession planning, goal setting, performance reviews, and engagement surveys. - Assessing local training/development needs and implementing learning initiatives. - Supporting data-driven decision-making using HR analytics and reporting. - **Employee Relations & Culture:** - Promoting a harmonious work environment through effective IR handling and employee relations practices. - Driving employee engagement programs to enhance culture and retention. - Leading local change management initiatives and contributing to global HR transformation projects. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-7 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), Excel, and HR analytics. **Other Requirements:** - Fluent in English and local language(s). - Willingness to travel up to 25% (mostly domestic, limited international). - 100% Onsite position.
