Site HR Executive

As a Site HR Executive at Shalimar location, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resource functions at the site. Your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with project managers to understand staffing requirements and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process for various site roles. - Managing and tracking daily attendance records for all site employees and contract workers. - Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive working environment, and organizing welfare activities. - Maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing employee exits. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive in a site/project-based environment. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, particularly those applicable in Chhattisgarh. - Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Fluency in Hindi is highly desirable; knowledge of local languages/dialects of Chhattisgarh would be an added advantage.
