Site Head- Sales

As a Sales Site Head at Navi Mumbai & KDMC Market, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Business Head to develop sales strategies and plans for the site. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the sales funnel of each sales manager, offering guidance to facilitate deal closures, and providing training to team members on sales pitch, processes, negotiation, and deal closure. You will be tasked with breaking down the site office target into individual goals for sales managers, ensuring they achieve their targets monthly. Meeting customers as required to facilitate closures, gathering competitive intelligence, and overseeing on-site customer experiences will be part of your daily activities. Ensuring customer information is promptly updated in the system, collecting complete customer documents at the time of booking, and keeping inventory status updated in the trackers/system will be critical tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with developers for updates and approvals, analyzing data, sharing reports and analysis with management, and minimizing booking cancellations. Providing feedback to the marketing team on creatives and communication channels based on customer interactions will be essential. To excel in this role, you must be aged between 25 to 35 years, hold an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing, and possess a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in residential real estate sales. It is imperative that you have managed projects independently and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Your willingness to travel extensively to meet business requirements is crucial for success in this position.,
