What You’ll Do:

• Build & execute multi-channel lead sourcing strategies for ultra-luxury projects
• Grow and engage a high-performing

  channel partner & broker network

• Source premium leads from HNI networks, corporate alliances, & lifestyle platforms
• Monitor lead quality & maximize

  lead-to-sale conversion

• Optimize

  cost per lead

  and ROI on every channel

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years in real estate lead sourcing (SOBO-Market)
• Strong broker & HNI connections in

  South Mumbai

• Proven track record in delivering aggressive lead & sales targets
• Expertise in digital & offline high-end marketing channels
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills

KPIs:

• Monthly qualified lead volume
• Lead-to-visit & visit-to-sale conversion
• Channel partner contribution to bookings
