Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Planning the sales strategy and defining Targets along with Sales Head for the zone for monthly, quartley and annual period.
Developing the sales by meeting new clients and building the networking relationship with them also getting in touch with old clients for new business or referral to their connects
Market Analysis and Study of the competitors and advising the Sales Head about the New Promotional Schemes or Advertising etc.
Adjusting Selling Prices and Rate Card along with sales head for any further discussion or discount required by the client depending on the market growth
Assessing & Developing new channel partners for the Channel Sales of the project site
Ensure closure of Sales Transactions with the site specific Customers
Ensure high visibility and Brand Recall among the clients and Channel partners by effective communication and branding activities
Weekly and Monthly Sales Review with the Sales Head to understand the Revenue achieved and market trends
Building site Sales Team on Behavioral and Technical Knowledge required by facilitating Training sessions and informal meetings and discussions

Preferred candidate profile

10+Years of experience in Real estate Industrty
