Thane- Billing Manager

Experience

8+Years in real estate Industry

Role & responsibilities

Verification of measurements with respect to drawings
Verification of Abstract sheet with respect to work order issued
Checking of Arithmetical accuracy of all calculations
Verification of Quantities indicated in the bill against work order BOQ's & correctness of total claim under each item
Checking of any deviations in specifications
Checking of the standard deductions as per mode of measurements that are to be made from e.g. concrete, shuttering, Reinforcement, brick masonry, plaster, etc. as per codal provisions
Preparation of Bill Scrutiny Reports
Preparation of Tracking sheet for financial institutions
Preparation of Budget vs Actuals report
Preparation of Outstanding statement on daily basis
Preparation of Total Cost incurred sheet for MIS report
Checking documents related to billing namely Proforma / tax invoices (multiple preparation of invoices as per allocation of funds) with proper tax split up, compliances etc.
Checking reconciliation statements. Raising debit note and recovery statements to the Contractors
Preparation of Contracts & Billing Statement for tracking of each work order issued
Preparation of Anticipated Cost Report (ACR)
