Job Description

Place of Deployment- Shahjahanpur, Utter Pradesh

Engineering Degree with 7 years experience/ Diploma with 10 years experience, in relevant discipline.

JD- Billing Engineer

Candidate must have Working experience in
CBG
or any other similar
Industrial project.
Checking and certification of work completion status of the RA and final bill submitted w.r.t quantity, measurements and quality assurance.
Checking of bills and invoices submitted by vendors / contractors based on the MBs certified by EIC at Site.
Get the statements certified from the client.
Preparation of reconciliation statements at the time of Final Bill Closure.
Quantity certification of invoices related to supplies along with quality inspection report.
Verify the final closure paper as per Contractual terms of payment.
Advice on the scope of non-executed work with in the billing schedules and there by managing the change required in the billing schedules to accommodate the less/ extra work and close monitoring of the overall expenditure.
