If you have the skills required and are passionate about making an impact in the food and technology industry, we welcome you to join us. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Tracking & managing on-ground operations of the site. - Vendor relationship management. - Client relationship management. - Regular tracking of MIS data & reporting. - Resolving on-ground situations & conflicts. - Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing business involvement. - Contributing to the development of operational strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Optimizing resource utilization for maximizing productivity. - Collaborating with senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures. - Identifying potential risks to operations and implementing mitigation strategies. - Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent in Hospitality. - Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. - Strong communication skills in English and the local language. - Passionate about providing top-notch service to clients and employees. - Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge and a passion for learning. - A team player with the ability to lead and manage food partner employees, demonstrating self-motivation to take initiatives.
