We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee the execution of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, conducting surveys, coordinating with installation teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and resolving technical issues. This role also involves project monitoring, reporting, and ensuring adherence to budgets and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar installations.
Supervise and coordinate installation activities with contractors and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Maintain accurate documentation including site reports, checklists, and logs.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and government authorities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project execution or site engineering.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical layouts, and installation practices.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in solar projects.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
