Role: Retail Construction Site Engineer
Location: Bangalore, WFO3+ years of ExperienceWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to overseethe vendor management and site supervision for our retail spaces located in malls. As theSite Engineer/Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successfulexecution of our retail projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering projectswithin specified timelines and budgets.What you’ll be doing:1. Vendor Management:● Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers for various projectrequirements.● Negotiate contracts and establish service level agreements with vendors toensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials andservices.● Monitor vendor performance, address any issues or concerns, and maintainstrong relationships with vendors to ensure project success.2. Site Supervision:● Oversee the entire construction process, including coordinating witharchitects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to projectplans, specifications, and timelines.● Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of construction activities,identify any potential issues or delays, and implement appropriate correctivemeasures.● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, andaddress any non-compliance promptly.● Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve design orconstruction-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.3. Project Planning and Execution:● Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, andbudgetary considerations.● Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updatesto management.● Identify and mitigate project risks, anticipate potential challenges, anddevelop contingency plans to minimize disruptions to the project schedule.● Conduct regular project meetings with the team to review progress, addressconcerns, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.4. Documentation and Reporting:● Maintain accurate project documentation, including project schedules,budgets, change orders, and other relevant records.● Prepare regular reports on project status, including progress updates,financial analysis, and any deviations from the original plan.● Provide comprehensive project closeout documentation, including as-builtdrawings, warranties, and operation manuals.About the company:LiteStore is India’s first Flexi-Retail platform.
