Site Engineer

Duties and responsibilities include:

 Preparing site plans and specifications

 Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes

 Directing or performing surveys and measurements

 Knowledge about excavation process as well as work height

 Estimating costs and preparing budgets

 Planning and coordinating construction activities for timely completion of projects

 Working with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs

 Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests for structural foundations

 Reporting on work progress and budget matters to seniors

 Ensuring materials and workmanship meet the project Quality Standards and Design requirements

 Addressing problems that might arise during construction

 Ensuring the project complies with all building and safety codes

 Should know about the excavation process as well as types

 Communicating with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders. Daily tasks include managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating project progress to the team. The Site Engineer will also collaborate with civil and structural engineers to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• On-site project management experience, with a focus on civil and structural engineering
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects
• Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus
• Site Engineer with Degree/ Diploma in civil engineering with min 2-3 years' experience
