• Lead and supervise mechanical project/site activities from planning to execution.
• Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and prepare regular reports.
• Drive cost optimization, material planning, and resource allocation.

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5–7 years of experience in project execution/site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, fabrication, erection, and commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with project/site management tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
