As a Mechanical Site Supervisor in Indore, you will play a crucial role in the overall project implementation by monitoring, controlling, and coordinating various project and site work activities. Your responsibilities will include managing project progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, project teams, and workers, and ensuring the maintenance activities are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities: - Directing and supervising a team of personnel, including contractors, for managing maintenance activities - Ensuring the supply of materials required for maintaining machines and equipment in the prescribed condition - Implementing quality and safety procedures, policies, production reliability, and efficiency - Coordinating with the commissioning team for inspection, testing, and repair of equipment under the maintenance team - Assisting in mechanical maintenance work planning and scheduling with the engineer - Attending on-site meetings to stay updated on project progress - Instructing site workers, setting goals for the team, and overseeing projects to completion Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in mechanical site supervision or a related field - Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams - Knowledge of quality and safety procedures in project implementation - Ability to manage maintenance activities and ensure equipment reliability and efficiency - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time - Full-time availability for the job This company provides Provident Fund benefits and operates on a day shift.
