We are Looking for Site Engineer- PEB Company : PEB Construction Company Designation: Site Engineer- PEB Education : Civil, Construction, PEB Exp Experience:2-3 Yrs Exp JD : Job Title: Site EngineerLocation: Bangalore ( Kanakapura Road) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with a Civil Engineering background who has Knowledge in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. A key aspect of the role involves regular site visits to assess progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure quality and compliance with design specifications. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Monitor and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and timelines. PEB : Oversee the erection and installation of Pre-Engineered Buildings, including structural steel framing, roofing, wall panels, and connections. Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and assist in implementing site-specific safety plans. Material Management: Monitor the delivery and usage of construction materials; report shortages and ensure proper storage and handling. Quality Control: Ensure that construction work meets the quality standards, specifications, and regulations set by the company and local authorities. Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Required Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years of on-site experience, with the knowledge and to Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management techniques. Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and make technical decisions on-site. Willingness to travel on project sites as required.
