Job Title: Site Engineer

Illustrative Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring all work aligns with design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met consistently.

Technical Oversight:

• Interpret and provide guidance on construction drawings and technical specifications, ensuring correct implementation by the workforce.
• Offer technical support to contractors and site personnel for accurate execution of tasks.
• Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Resource Management:

• Efficiently manage materials, machinery, and labour, optimizing resource allocation to prevent project delays.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of necessary resources on-site.

Health & Safety:

• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and actively enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct risk assessments regularly and implement corrective measures to minimize hazards.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain up-to-date records of site activities, material usage, labour, and equipment to support accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review comprehensive project reports, including progress, schedules, and any issues requiring attention.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant exposure to construction site management and real estate projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and blueprints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
