Site Engineer (Civil)

• Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site to ensure they align with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Safety Management: Ensure the safety of all personnel and materials, implement safety guidelines, and monitor compliance with safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets project standards and quality expectations, checking the quality of formwork and other construction elements.
• Resource Management: Manage site labor, materials, and other resources effectively to avoid delays, control costs, and maintain discipline among workers.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit daily site reports, labor reports, and other documentation to track progress and ensure proper records of work done.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-level issues and conflicts as they arise.

Essential Skills

• Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate site laborers, subcontractors, and other staff.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting progress and liaising with different parties.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking work quality, materials, and measurements.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,810.61 - ₹29,305.43 per month
