Develop site activity plans, resource allocation, and material requirement forecasts. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely execution. Billing & Measurement Audit Prepare RA bills, final bills, and ensure accuracy as per BOQ and drawings. Verify and audit site measurements, reconcile with site teams. Ensure billing compliance as per client/consultant requirements. Execution Support & Site Coordination Visit Ambala site regularly to check execution quality and progress. Verify measurements and assist site team in resolving planning & execution issues. Monitor deviations, delays, and report corrective actions. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of progress, measurement sheets, and billing documentation. Submit weekly/monthly progress reports to management. Track site productivity, cost monitoring, and project timelines. SKILS:- 1. Good communication 2. Maintaining good relations with the external entities, stakeholders and site team 3.
