Key Responsibilities: Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources (sales, finance, operations, HR, etc.). Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review. Generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports as required. Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports. Support departments with customized reports and ad-hoc data requirements. Maintain large data sets in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including use of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros. Coordinate with IT and other teams for smooth data flow and troubleshooting. Provide insights based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Macros preferred) . Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio (added advantage). Familiarity with databases (SQL) preferred. Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle large data volumes with accuracy. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration ( BCA, MBA, MCA, etc.). 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis.
