Position: Site Engineer

Location: Project Sites (Pan India / As assigned)

Role Overview:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, supervising, and executing on-site activities for construction and rehabilitation projects. This role requires technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines. The Site Engineer acts as the key link between project planning and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Supervision
• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with IS codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols at site.
• Conduct site inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.
• Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients for technical clarifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation (RA bills, site logs, drawings, DPR, etc.).
• Technical Support
• Ensure correct application of construction chemicals, coatings, grouting, waterproofing, or any specialized products as per company standards.
• Provide technical support to workers and guide them on installation methods.
• Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
• Resource & Cost Management
• Monitor material consumption, avoid wastage, and maintain stock records.
• Raise requisitions for required materials in advance.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within approved budgets.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical or relevant field.
• Experience: 2–5 years (for Junior Site Engineer) / 5–10 years (for Senior Site Engineer) in construction, grouting, waterproofing, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and project execution.
• Knowledge of construction chemicals, coatings, waterproofing, and polyurethane (PU) applications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong reporting and documentation ability.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
• Salary negotiable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
