As a Billings Specialist, your role involves preparing various types of bills such as RA bills (Running Account), subcontractor bills, advance bills, cash bills, and final bills based on work completed and materials used. You will be responsible for verifying and processing all billing documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy by cross-referencing with on-site data and contract agreements. Additionally, you will track and reconcile project expenses, including material consumption and site measurements, utilizing tools like measurement books (MB) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Key Responsibilities: - Prepare RA bills, subcontractor bills, advance bills, cash bills, and final bills based on completed work and materials used - Verify and process billing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy - Track and reconcile project expenses, including material consumption and site measurements - Conduct rate analysis for materials and labor - Assist with contract billing and apply rates per tender or client-specific pricing - Ensure compliance with industry standards and contract clauses throughout billing processes Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in preparing various types of bills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing billing documents - Proficiency in using tools like measurement books (MB) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) - Knowledge of rate analysis for materials and labor - Familiarity with industry standards and contract clauses related to billing processes In addition, you may have the opportunity to work in a Full-time capacity with a preference for Day Shift.
