As a Civil Site Engineer, your role involves managing Resort & Villas construction projects, supervising crew members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - *Project Management*: You will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. - *Team Supervision*: Manage and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers effectively. - *Technical Advice*: Provide technical support and solutions to engineering-related problems on site. - *Quality Control*: Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure that the work meets required standards. - *Scheduling and Budgeting*: Create work schedules, manage project budgets, and track progress efficiently. - *Communication*: Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. - *Safety and Compliance*: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards at all times. - *Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress, and any issues that arise during the project. **Requirements and Skills:** - *Education*: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field is required for this role. - *Experience*: You should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering roles.
