Site Engineer (Civil)

As a Civil Site Engineer, your role involves managing Resort & Villas construction projects, supervising crew members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: You will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. - Team Supervision: Manage and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution. - Technical Advice: Provide technical support and solutions to engineering-related problems on site. - Quality Control: Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure that the work meets the required standards. - Scheduling and Budgeting: Create work schedules, manage project budgets, and track progress effectively. - Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure clear communication and coordination. - Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards at all times. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress, and issues for reference and reporting purposes. Requirements and Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field is required. - Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering roles is preferred. In addition to the above responsibilities and requirements, this full-time position may require a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. The work location is in person, and day shift availability is preferred for this role.,
