Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work quality, monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day site challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage resources such as labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Check measurements, verify bills, and ensure proper material utilization.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the site team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients regarding site progress and requirements.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution within timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer (Civil) with 4-5 Years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
