Job Description

Position: Site Engineer / site supervisor – HVAC Qualification: B.Tech/ diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 2-3 years (Freshers with strong interest can also apply) Location: Project Site Location Industry: HVAC / MEP / Mechanical Projects Reporting to: Project Manager / Senior Engineer. The Site Engineer Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision, coordination, and monitoring of all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage HVAC installation as per drawing works at site (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation. Ø Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution. Ø Read and interpret HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Ø Prepare daily progress reports and procurement next day update the project team. Ø Ensure work is executed as per safety and quality standards. Ø Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants. Ø Monitor material requirements and consumption on site. Skills Required: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical services. Good knowledge of site management and problem-solving. Ability to read technical drawings. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred). Good communication and teamwork skills.
