Job Description

Oversee and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth workflow.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship at each stage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce safety practices on site.
Conduct inspections to minimize errors and rework.
Assist the project manager in preparing work schedules and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and vendors for technical requirements.
Maintain site records, labor reports, and work progress updates.
Raise material indents as per project needs.
Ensure timely delivery, storage, and usage of materials to avoid wastage.
Keep track of inventory and reconcile with project requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and submit to management.
Maintain site records including drawings, approvals, checklists, and work permits.
Report deviations or challenges to the project manager for timely resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
