Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Madurai (Candidates must currently reside in Madurai)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Highway/Road Projects
Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for highway and road construction projects in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, project execution, and quality control within infrastructure and highway development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor work progress, materials, and manpower to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, measurements, and documentation as required.
Assist in surveying, leveling, and layout work as needed.
Identify and resolve technical issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in highway or road construction projects.
Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
Proficient in project documentation, measurements, and reporting.
Good communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Must be currently residing in Madurai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
