Job Description

Job Title: Computer Operator. We are looking for a skilled Computer Operator with strong experience in MS Office (Excel, Word), email communication, document drafting, and The ideal candidate should also possess working knowledge of general software operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate computer systems and perform data entry tasks with accuracy. Prepare and format documents, reports, and letters using MS Word. Create and manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, and data analysis in MS Excel. Draft professional emails and official correspondence. Manage file records, digital data, and internal reports. Operate ERP or other business software tools including SAP (if applicable). Maintain data confidentiality and ensure smooth flow of information. Coordinate with internal departments for document submissions and reports. Troubleshoot minor system and software issues. Requirements: Graduate from a recognized university (any stream). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Good knowledge of drafting letters, reports, and emails. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. Good typing speed and accuracy. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage. Familiarity with office administrative tasks. Knowledge of data backup and computer maintenance will be a plus.
