Job Title: Site Supervisor – Construction & Epoxy Flooring Projects Company: Shree Sai Engineering Experts in Industrial & Commercial Epoxy Flooring Solutions (Established in 2005 | Headquartered in Chennai) Location: Project-based (Chennai & surrounding regions) Full-time | On-site role | 6 days/week Job Overview: Shree Sai Engineering is seeking a proactive and technically sound Site Supervisor with a B.E. in Civil Engineering to oversee and execute epoxy flooring projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in material estimation, labor supervision, and site coordination, ensuring timely and quality execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: 🛠 Project Execution & Supervision Supervise day-to-day activities at multiple project sites. Ensure correct implementation of epoxy flooring procedures (surface prep, primer, coating, etc.). Handle machinery, tools, and materials specific to epoxy floor works. 📐 Material Calculation & Site Planning Accurately estimate and calculate material quantities (resin, hardener, quartz, primer, etc.). Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site. Monitor material wastage and enforce optimal usage. 👷‍♂️ Labour Management Organize and allocate laborers as per project timelines and workload. Ensure skilled workers are deployed for critical tasks. Supervise contractor teams and daily work output. 🤝 Client Coordination (On-site) Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site execution. Address client queries, changes, and instructions in real-time. Ensure proper documentation of client approvals and instructions. 📝 Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site photographs, and checklists. Coordinate with the head office for work updates, billing progress, and project requirements. Ensure completion certificates and client feedback forms are collected post-project. Required Qualifications: B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 1 to 3 years of experience in site supervision preferred (epoxy experience is a plus) Freshers with strong project knowledge and site training may apply Key Skills: Strong understanding of epoxy flooring process Proficient in material estimation & basic CAD reading Excellent people management and team coordination Effective verbal & written communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is added advantage) High ownership, discipline, and problem-solving ability at site Work Environment: Project sites may include factories, warehouses, retail showrooms, hospitals, etc. Must be comfortable working long hours during project deadlines Travel within Tamil Nadu and Rest of India as per project location What We Offer: Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) Site allowance, travel reimbursement Long-term career growth within the civil/industrial flooring domain Opportunity to lead larger teams and projects
