📌 Job Description – Admin Executive Company: Shree Sai Engineering (Chennai) Position: Admin Executive / Back Office Support Work Type: Full-time | Office Based | 6 Days / Week Role Overview: We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage office administration, documentation, communication, and coordination with clients, vendors, and site teams. The role supports smooth day-to-day operations of the company. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Coordinate with site supervisors for daily updates & material status Maintain records: attendance, labour payments, purchase invoices, site expenses Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders & basic reports Maintain stock records for materials in office/godown Support in social media postings (basic level) & follow-ups with clients Schedule meetings, maintain files and office documents Assist management with daily tasks & communication Required SkillsGood communication skills (English & Tamil) Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace Basic accounting entry & documentation Time management and multitasking ability Problem-solving & positive attitude Eligibility / QualificationAny Degree / Diploma (preferred: Commerce/Administration related) Experience in admin work preferred (Freshers can also apply) Female candidates preferred Working Hours🕘 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM 📍 Porur, Chennai Contact: 📞 93442 96658 / 73583 6856
