Site Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong safety mind-set and knowledge by proactively identifying hazards, implementing risk mitigation measures, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.
• Supervise and manage all civil activities at the site, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules for industrial project.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and project documents accurately.
•  Monitor site operations to ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with industry safety regulations and company policies.
•  Oversee contractors, workers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely progress.
•  Conduct site surveys, set out works, and organize site facilities as required.
• Coordinate with project management, HSE teams, and other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues and maintain project standards.
• Prepare and maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality documentation.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with quality management systems and industry standards

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
•  At least 4 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Chemical Industrial projects.
•  Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
•  Proven ability to read, understand, and implement civil and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all site activities.

Requirements
