Key Responsibilities Demonstrate strong safety mind-set and knowledge by proactively identifying hazards, implementing risk mitigation measures, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel. Supervise and manage all civil activities at the site, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules for industrial project. Interpret and implement construction drawings and project documents accurately. Monitor site operations to ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with industry safety regulations and company policies. Oversee contractors, workers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely progress. Conduct site surveys, set out works, and organize site facilities as required. Coordinate with project management, HSE teams, and other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues and maintain project standards. Prepare and maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality documentation. Ensure all work is carried out in line with quality management systems and industry standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 4 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Chemical Industrial projects. Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems. Proven ability to read, understand, and implement civil and construction drawings. Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills.
