Site Administration Specialist

As a Site Administration Specialist at the global team in Manesar (Gurugram), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the India office. Your responsibilities will include managing office administration, vendor relations, and logistics activities such as imports and customer shipments. You will serve as the primary liaison with DT Group functions like People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Operations, supporting the local team effectively. - Serve as the local point of contact for office services, managing tasks related to cleaning, electricity, security, and other maintenance. - Handle visitors and vendors, manage correspondence, oversee office equipment and supplies. - Maintain relationships with local service providers such as insurance brokers, landlords, and other vendors. - Manage logistics activities including imports, local customer shipments, and coordination with customs and logistics providers. - Assist in travel arrangements when necessary and act as the local contact point for accounting, financial reporting, and tax matters. - Support recruiting, hiring, and local onboarding processes, as well as coordinate IT updates and maintenance. - Communicate with customers regarding billing, orders, and dispatch, and establish and implement office policies and procedures. - Proven experience in office administration. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Fluent in both Hindi and English for effective communication. - Proficiency in office applications and willingness to learn new systems. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and a hands-on approach to manage unexpected situations.
