We have an immediate opening for Site Administration Specialist Your role As a Site Administration Specialist, you will ensure smooth daily operations in our India office. You will manage office administration, vendor relations, and logistics activities including imports and customer shipments. This role is essential for supporting our team locally and for acting as the primary liaison with DT Group functions — People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Operations. Responsibilities Serve as local point of contact for office services (cleaning, electricity, security, and other maintenance). Manage visitors and vendors, handle correspondence, and oversee office equipment and supplies. Maintain contacts with local insurance broker, landlord, and other service providers. Handle all logistics activities, including imports, local customer shipments, and liaison with customs and logistics providers. Support travel arrangements where needed. Support DT Group Finance with invoice and payment management, and related documentation. Serve as local contact for the local accounting office for accounting, financial reporting, and tax matters. Communicate on local accounting matters with the named accountant in Finland, and manage invoices in DT systems. Serve as local contact for the local auditor, including participation in annual audit processes (e.g. interviews). Implement DT Group People & Culture processes locally, including payroll (absence management, personnel data maintenance, and other named duties). Act as local contact for the payroll vendor and employer union. Provide support in recruiting, hiring, and coordinating local onboarding and trainings. Serve as on-site contact point for IT to coordinate physical updates and maintenance. Communicate with customers regarding billing, orders, and dispatch. Prepare and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results, and making necessary adjustments.
