Job Title: Sigma Developer

Location: Chennai

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Sigma Developer

with expertise in

Sigma Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and SQL

. The role involves designing and developing advanced dashboards, data models, and insights to support business teams in

data-driven decision-making

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Sigma Analytics.
Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data models for reporting and analytics.
Integrate Sigma with cloud data sources such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, visualization quality, and dashboard performance.
Automate reports and maintain documentation for BI processes.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and performance issues.
Adhere to data governance and security standards.

Required Skills

5–10 years of experience in BI development or data analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Sigma Analytics (dashboard creation, data modeling).
Excellent proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract environment.

Good To Have

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Knowledge of ETL concepts or data integration tools.
Exposure to Agile project environments.
