Drive automation initiatives using modern frameworks for web and mobile using tools like Selenium/Appium etc Oversee performance testing efforts to ensure scalability and responsiveness using tools like JMeter, K6 etc. CI/CD pipelines integration Manage test environments in containerized and cloud-native setups (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS). Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and collaborate with design and development teams to improve inclusive user experiences. Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report quality metrics to stakeholders. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and team capabilities. Create career development programs for the team and develop short-term plans to ensure the skills and performance of employees meet current and future needs. Collaborate in product lifecycle with senior engineers, development managers, product managers, scrum-masters in an agile environment, with scrum implemented at scale globally. What you need Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong ability to understand technical product architecture Strong communication, partnership, teamwork skills required Hands-on experience with test automation for web and mobile platforms. Strong experience in performance testing and analysis. Experience with performance monitoring & analysis tools like datadog, dynatrace, newrelic etc Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, teamcity etc). Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and WCAG guidelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
