Showroom Sales Manager

You will be joining Estre Global as a Showroom Sales Associate, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in their purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while showcasing your passion for sales and interior design. Your duties will include educating customers on our products and services, assisting with product customization to align with their preferences and interior themes, and offering personalized advice to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing sales information with the production team for accurate order processing, addressing interior design queries promptly, managing customer leads effectively, and coordinating appointments with Field Sales Executives as needed. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in interior design, color coordination, and showroom management, paving the way for future growth opportunities within the company. To maintain an attractive showroom environment, you will be involved in visual merchandising and display activities, ensuring that the store ambiance is welcoming and the product displays are visually appealing. Furthermore, you will be tasked with collecting customer feedback to drive improvements in product quality and customer experience, as well as building lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and consistent follow-ups. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry. Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential, along with a strong interest in interior design, color coordination, and customer service. You should possess proactive and detail-oriented qualities, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
