Production Planinng and Control

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Planning and Control Executive to oversee and streamline our furniture production operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control in a furniture manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production plans and schedules based on order priorities, stock levels, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, or quality issues, taking corrective action where necessary.
• Maintain detailed production reports and update management on daily/weekly performance.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse team to track raw material movement and finished goods dispatch.
• Implement and monitor quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the factory.
• Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce waste/cost.
• Support new product launches by aligning production planning with design and development timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
