You will be joining Kalamandir Jewellers, an esteemed jewelry brand established in 1986 in Kosamba. With a 39-year legacy in jewelry craftsmanship and retail, the company has expanded to six stores and six airport outlets, catering to a discerning clientele. As a Showroom Manager at our Surat location, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom. Your primary objectives will include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales activities, and leading the customer service efforts. You will play a key role in maintaining an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding the presentation standards of the showroom. The ideal candidate for this full-time, on-site role should possess strong skills in customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer experience. Proven sales expertise and experience in managing showrooms are essential. Additionally, strong leadership and team management abilities are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, along with the capacity to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment. While experience in the jewelry industry is a plus, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
