Showroom Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the operations of our exclusive Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry Retail Showroom. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily showroom operations to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience, leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, maintaining the showroom to reflect brand values and luxury retail standards, driving revenue by achieving sales targets, monitoring inventory levels, handling customer queries effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 7-10 years of managerial experience in a retail environment, preferably within a luxury jewelry showroom. You must also possess proven expertise in jewelry sales, with in-depth knowledge of diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals. A strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service is essential. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, effective conflict resolution skills, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software, and a solid understanding of retail operations including cash and stock management.
