We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead the operations of our exclusive Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry Retail Showroom . This role demands a strategic leader who can ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage daily showroom operations to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience. · Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. · Ensure the showroom reflects brand values and maintains luxury retail standards. · Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets. · Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate reporting through POS and inventory systems. · Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. · Maintain compliance with company policies, including cash handling, billing, and stock control. Qualifications: · Minimum 7–10 years of managerial experience in a retail environment, preferably within a luxury jewelry showroom . · Proven expertise in jewelry sales , with in-depth knowledge of diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals . · Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
