Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Showroom Manager (Female) to manage our tiles and sanitaryware showroom in Pala, Kottayam. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in retail or building materials, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities to manage the day-to-day operations and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the overall operations of the tile showroom

· Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets

· Provide product knowledge and design suggestions to customers (tiles, sanitaryware, etc.)

· Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally

· Maintain showroom layout, cleanliness, and visual presentation

· Monitor inventory, coordinate with warehouse, and manage stock levels

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and logistics teams

· Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and submit to head office

· Train staff on sales techniques, product updates, and customer service

· Keep updated with latest trends and competitor offerings in tiles and construction materials

Requirements:

· 4–5 years of experience in retail/showroom operations, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials

· Graduate in any stream

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing & inventory systems)

· Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

· Willing to work on weekends and peak seasons
